Assertive-An important quality a person should have

Our behaviour is one of the the most important factor on which our reputation or position depends in an organisation or company. Many experienced people will only suggest u behave as assertive.
So assertive means to behave as confident way and be able to say in a direct way that what you want or think. Assertive is the quality of being self-assured and confident without being aggressive. It is the centre stage of being passive and being aggressive.

If you really want the promotion you’ll have to be more assertive.
Its a way of life living where u can stand for your rights as well as for others also. Its a quality which put a light on a point of topic which is lacking in information. Assertive people are creative people in market . 
This is not just a professional life quality but also a quality which should be taught to every child in school education . It should must be an important topic of their education . Sometime it has been seen that lacking of this quality may stop your extent in career .
It is a critical way of thinking where an individual may take a stand in front everyone on the basis of his knowledge.
The one common example for this human behaviour is shown , when we doing inquiry about something. Also seen when asking for someone for a date. 
It is seen that within families children are not always encouraged to develop assertiveness skills and they sre taught to must usually accept and obey rulings by their parents. Today, however, we can see outspoken children can legally input to decisions about their lives from the very early age before eighteen .
Many companies focus on assertive behaviour of candidate during the time of their interview.
People who are assertive are able to be outspoken and analyse information and point out areas of information lacking substance, details or evidence. It supports creative thinking and effective communication within an organisation or group of people . It supports a healthy work environment.
