                 The success of business is completly depend on delectation of your customer. Delighted customer is your permanent customer.


Listening  is  required 
                Being in a business it compulsory to listen to everyone . Because everyone matters  as everything matters.

Give your customer  a welcome environment 
                First impression is last impression ,  a welcome envoirnment  provided at workplace will lead your big deals to be done in a convenient way.

Pay every attention
                Pay every attention to everything . Sometimes paying no attention or paying less attention may lead to big problems in future.

Build healthy and fruitful relationship
                 Always build a healthy and fruitful relations whether it may be your customer , your employee or your co worker . Apart then business everyone is trying to put food in their plates. Understanding there personal emotion will help people to stick more with u.

               Feedback surveys plays an important role in sustaining  in market. People's views and expection  about a single product may vary with change in time , so in order to keep them stick to u and met there expectations feedback surveys should be done time to time so that no customer leave.
Understand the value of appreciation

                          Employees are the struts of an organisation.  Praise and appreciations are the necessity of the stregth of these struts. Apart then there wages these are only ways  to keep them enggaged to the organisation. It makes sure that they serve in the most genuine and spontaneous way.
